Solution
The Voigtlaender system uses Anolyte to treat water at the main facility, creating an optimal washing environment for harvested salad. All water supplied by the main facility is treated with the appropriate amount of Anolyte to create an optimal washing environment. The system cost, excluding transport and installation, is approximately €25,000.
