The conventional CIP system in the soft drink industry posed several challenges. Excessive plant downtime during cleaning cycles resulted in lost productivity, while the five-step process consumed substantial water and chemicals. These inefficiencies drove up operational costs and hindered sustainability efforts, making it difficult to meet modern hygiene standards

Solution

Voigtlaender implemented its innovative 3-Chamber Cell Generators, which streamlined the cleaning process by reducing steps from five to three. The system produced anolyte with 180–200 ppm FAC, offering customizable capacities of 200, 300, or 400 liters per hour. This advanced solution minimized resource usage, optimized cleaning cycles, and ensured compliance with stringent hygiene standards. It also significantly reduced operational costs while supporting sustainable practices
